Day 1: Leaving Arusha for Tarangire National Park
e will pick you up at the hotel or airport, and together we will start driving to Tarangire National Park, where we will game drive and explore the wildlife for the first days. Tarangire is fantastic, we love the scenery the park present, and the herds of elephants that you will need are nothing else breathtaking. From June to November, the park is particularly crowded, as the animals from the «Great Migration» tend to come to Tarangire for water. We can also promise you close-up encounters with giraffes, lions, cheetahs, and much more.
After our first game drive, we set the course towards our luxury tents, where you can have your hot shower before enjoying a refreshing sundowner. While the sun sets over the savannah, you will see how the wildebeests, zebras, and gazelles come closer to our camp in an attempt to be safe from the lions when the darkness falls.

Day 2 Walking safari in Tarangire and sunset at the crater of Ngorongoro
After sunrise and an excellent breakfast, a ranger will follow us hike in Tarangire National Park. You will get a unique and peaceful encounter with the animals and hopefully expand your knowledge of the wilderness and its ecosystem. We will return to the camp for a lovely lunch before we get back in our safari vehicle and drive towards our beautiful lodge at the rim of the Crater. Again, we will enjoy the spectacular sunsets, yet you will have the unique opportunity of experiencing the sunset over the Ngorongoro Crater this time. After dinner, enjoy a bonfire talk with the Masais, who are happy to share their experiences and knowledge of living with and among the animals in the Ngorongoro area.

Day 3: Exploring the Ngorongoro Crater
We will enjoy and explore the Ngorongoro crater, which is probably the most spectacular national park globally. The Crater is listed as UNESCO's World Heritage Site, and you will soon understand why. The Crater is a result of both volcanic eruption and a meteorite fall. The Crater is a spectacular area filled with wildlife and stunning nature. Lunch will be served by the hippo pool, enabling you to picnic while watching the hippos in what we firmly believe is a slow movie.
After game-driving in the Crater, we will set the course toward the magical Serengeti National Park.
Accommodation Serengeti: The Singing Grass Bush Camp (or similar)

Day 4 and 5. Magical Serengeti National Park
We will explore the magical, endless plains filled with exciting wildlife for two whole days. We promise you that Serengeti will take your breath away. In our view, it is enough just being there. But of course, being in one of the other national parks listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites, we promise to give you the ultimate nature experience. During our stay, you will join another walking safari and spectacular game drives. The evenings and sunsets will be enjoyed at our luxury tents, with delicious food, bonfires, good talks, and a sky full of stars.
On day 5, we set the course back to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. This time, we will stay at Karatu, at the south end of the area.
Accommodation in Karatu: Pembeni Rhotia (or similar):

Day 6: Karatu. Hike to the Elephant Caves and gourmet lunch at the legendary Gibbs Farm
During our last day on safari, we will stretch our legs and, along with a ranger, visit the Elephant caves in Karatu. You will walk through the rainforest and spectacular waterfalls before getting to the caves where elephants come for minerals. The hike is, in particular, spectacular for bird watchers! (And, to calm you down, we can ensure that there are no snakes or scorpions in this area).
The hike will end at Gibbs Farm, where we will enjoy a splendid 3-course gourmet lunch overlooking the Great Rift Vally. The Farm is one of our favorites in Tanzania, and it is hard to disagree with us - as it is also this year in the final for the world’s Best Awards in Travel + Leisure. You should look forward to this meal.
After lunch, we will return to Arusha, where we will drop you off at the airport or your hotel.
